What tools do you use for automation?

It depends on the workflow. We choose tools that suit the job rather than a preferred stack. Common choices include native Shopify features, webhooks, Make (Integromat) or lightweight custom code. We avoid unnecessary platforms that add ongoing subscription cost.

Do we need to be on a specific Shopify plan?

Most automation work is possible on any Shopify plan. Advanced workflows may need a higher plan tier for webhook access or app permissions. We will flag this during scoping.

Can you automate tasks between Shopify and other tools?
