Good fit
A custom build may be right if:
- You are forcing your business into software that does not fit.
- Your team relies on spreadsheets because the proper system does not exist.
- You need a dashboard, portal or workflow built around your process.
- You have repeated admin tasks that are slowing the business down.
- You need one clear place for staff, customers or managers to work from.
Not a good fit
A custom build is probably not right if:
- You only have a rough app idea and no clear users or problem to solve.
- You want a large platform before proving the first version works.
- You need the cheapest possible build.
- Existing software already solves the problem well.

How do you scope the first version?
We start by mapping the real problem, not a wish list. We ask what your team is doing today, what is going wrong, and what the smallest useful system would look like. That gives us a scope that is buildable and useful rather than over-engineered from day one.
How long does a custom build take?
A focused first version of an internal tool typically takes four to twelve weeks depending on scope. Larger platforms take longer. We give you a timeline before we start, not an estimate after.
What technology do you use?
We build with modern web technologies that are maintainable and not tied to a single platform. The LTC Custom Operations App is an example of a full-stack web app built around real day-to-day business workflows.
Can you support the system after launch?
Yes. We offer support and improvement work after launch. We document the system clearly so your team understands it, and we are available for fixes, changes and additions as the business grows.
Do you work with businesses outside Cornwall?
Yes. Most custom build projects are fully remote. We work with businesses across the UK when the project is a good fit.
